Man claiming to do home repairs arrested with pot, meth and pills

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - When police arrested a Bethlehem Township man who was claiming to be a home repairman and appeared to be under the influence, officers allegedly found pot, meth and nearly two dozen prescription pills in his pockets.
